PS4 won't connect to network please help

My PS4 can't connect to any other online games. It works fine with other games but not 7DTD.

 

My nat type is type 3, I've been on the phone with EE's 4G router tech support team all morning and still no luck.

 

Can anyone advise if I've wasted money on the game given that I am limited to a 4G router? Or are there some settings I can change to better allow me to connect to a game?

 

Please help, I'm so excited to play.
