Issues with crafting?

I tried to check the bug tracker and did not see it so I wanted to see if anyone else had this issue. I had it happen on multiple crafting devices like forges and workbenches. I go to craft items and for example working on a minibike and I craft the handle bars but suddenly despite having all the materials I am unable to craft a chassis. I tried to close out the menu and reopen it and still no problem. I went to another crafting device and that worked fine. Go back and the other device is still not working. Anyone else had this happen? I ended up exiting the game and starting it back up to fix the issue.
