Hello, I'm looking for the following modes or config for my thx server ! ! 

 

after looting a car bring it back after 7 days ! 

 

make the raw materials in charcoal pebbles ect come back ! 

 

or posed are claim 

 

and bring cities back to zero with a command or mods

To respawn vehicles I use Ana_Vehicle_Respawner. You can set it to respawn back when ever you like. I think I have mine set at 30 days, can't recall now but I know you can set it.
