Game starting but only showing in the processes menu of the control panel. Win7

I have tried many different fixes for this, even reinstillation if anyone thinks they can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Every time i try to run the game it never opens/gets past the launcher. The only trace that i can find this game is actually running is in the processes menu where it will be running at 2000 memory. The only thing that i can possibly think might be happening is that its not showing because of the tv that i use as a monitor? I really have no clue, please help really want to play this game!

Start the game with the launcher, tick the box for "Show Unity screen selector", then click Run. Make sure the correct display is selected.

I've tried ticking that box just now but the resolution menu doesn't come up when I press run it does the same thing
