Any way to say build a large wall or floor etc all at once? The blue box thingie (Z) would work great for this but I don't think it's possible. If you go into creative mode from the menu it allows you to place blocks at a longer distance which can help out. I'm thinking (I know doing it in the prefab/world editor does) if you start your game choosing Creative mode in the game settings you'll get the ability to place blocks further than normal.
