Since the 17.2 update I whenever I start the dedi server and connect server crashes

I have been hosting a public server since 2013. I host with custom items/mods, ect. After the 17.2 update when I start up the server and join, the server will crash about 20 secs after I join. I have tried a complete uninstall with folder deletion all around. I have tried a new RWG. I have tried a complete vanilla RWG. No matter what I try as soon as I join 20 secs later the server crashes. I also did fresh installs on the rig that I connect to the server with. Nothing like this has ever happened before in all my years, something that I could not figure out. I have attached some of the error log. I am having issues adding attachment through the Manage attachments tab.
