Deleting those files does not remove the drone sadly

I have this same problem but mine went under the bedrock after i told it to Chill at a spot and reloaded the world or something idrk how he got there but hes there lol

as the name says my drone is perma stuck under the bedrock. I tried shooting it with insta death gun and everything. Can't pick it up ether
