FIXED: I deleted all of my pre a20 custom prefabs and validated steam files. It now loads me in correctly and I am able to edit.

any advice appreciated. I am open to doing a clean wipe if we can save my progress on one map.

I will admit that part of the issue was that my verizon router ports 26900-26903 were set up for TCP instead of UDP
