Done a complete fresh server install, Revalidated my entire local files and launched a new save. Booted into game fine work all commands were good. Installed Server Fixes rev. 230 (0.113.5586.25212 2nd build) then ALL server commands stopped working. Even Shutdown, dm and cm... Going to remove server fixes for now until i know its stable and working for 11.3
