    Apologies - the only mods on the server are the ones that come with the DF server files. I did have the 60bp one but i removed it..

     

    Just to be sure Ill do a complete wipe of the server and reinstall etc. 

  2. Ok - now the health bar is not appearing in the game at all - it worked last night honest!

     

    Cannot for the life of me find the file where it is listed with its screen location etc. Could you point it out to me please Khaine.

    It sounds like you have lots of other mods interfereing with DF, which is why the health bar is in the wrong place.

    Once that's working, if you REALLY want 2 points/level, I can walk you through that. But its unecessary in DF when you can learn most things via found schematics AND make books to give you +1 skill point.

    Ahhh the 60 slot must have been a throw over from the previous vanilla game... Will delete it now.

     

    However - I actually founf the file with the screen location info for the UI and changed it to from Centerbottom to left bottom and it worked :)

     

    Also found the correct fiule to add the 2 points - but I get what you are saying :)

     

    On emore question - I played a SP darkness falls through day 9 and did not find a single bundle of skill notes. Lots of the blue ones... Couldn't find a recipe to make them either. Should I be getting them in loot etc or are they locked away behind something?

    Map is working fine now thanks Khaine.

     

    However - couple of things if I may :)

     

    1) for some reason the health bar etc. is located in the middle of the screen behind the tool bar so you can only see your stamina. Same for all the people on the server. Works fine (i.e. Bottom left) in single player.

     

    2) On booting up the server is throwing up lots of error messages but does boot up. 2 that caught my eye:

    3) Cheeky one I know but we like to play with 2 points per level. I've changed the progression.xml in both the configdump folder in the save game and the one in the config folder but we are still only getting one point per level... Any ideas? I installed a fresh copy of the server files etc.

    (Radiation is a different thing, though -- I do not know enough about how to double-check radiation. When I open example radiation.png files, I they seem to always just be a thin red border on the edge of the map, with everything else black. But, since I remember dying to radiation in a wasteland biome, I imagine that it's a hard coded feature of that biome, though perhaps the hard coding is in DF???)

    8k, checked by looking both at the stats in kinggen and in the poi list.... Obviously caitlin will be in the standard maps :)

    Recently got back into 7dtd so of course want to play Darkness Falls :)

     

    Found out that Nitrogen is dead so im using Kinggen. I've read the comments about it in this topic etc. But I cannot seem to get a map to spawn with either the radiation zones or Caitlin (Seen your comment a while back about replacing DFalls_Settlements_Caitlin with Dfalls_settlement_trader - but neither of them spawn).

     

    They are in the POI's list...

     

    So - How do I get Kinggen to add the radiation zones for titanium etc. or have the radiation zones been removed?

     

    How do i get Kinggen to create a map with Caitlin in...

     

    Apologies if these are dumb questions and thanks as always for the amazing Mod!

    We had tp reinstalll the server from scratch (ie clean copy of 19.2 Vanilla) and manually upload all the files - so yes, a restart I'm afraid :)

    The mod launcher is looking at the wrong file to install DF.

    If I do patch it manually (like I do the server) - will it still launch via the mod launcher or does that mean we no longer use the mod launcher?

    **UPDATE**

     

    Scrub the above - even though the mod launcher still says 19.1 and v3.1 - when I log into DF it says V3.2 on the menu screen :)

    Been trawling through the forum looking for how to use Nitrogen to make maps for DF. Completely understand Kaines message that Nitrogen is not recommended for various reasons...

     

    Soooooo - my question is how do I generate a map that is completely flat and entirely pine forest apart from some patches of desert?

     

    I know I have to change stuff in the RWGMixer files - but have no idea what to do......

     

    Any help for this dumb idiot would be much appreciated :)

    Firstly - thank you guys so much for the work. Compopack with Nitrogen and Darkness Falls is keeping this game alive for me and my crew :)

     

    Now - followed the instructions exactly for cp46 yet whenever I generate a map all the POIS are in 11 straight lines in the bottom left of the map...  Done th eusual delete everything and restart etc..

     

    Any ideas?

    Was wondering if you had an eta on A19 version coming out ?

     

    Played vanilla A19 but tbh - it's a little boring once you get over the much improved graphics - Darkness Falls is SO much better....

     

    Thanks for the MOD mate - it kept me and my mates/wife playing 7dtd..
