[Looking for old "Construction Rig" mod by three08]

I just removed my old mods folders a week ago and after seeing the A20 video, a bunch of us jumped back into the game. This was one of my favorite mods that I can worked to keep up to date long after it was no longer supported. I'm hoping to get a hold of another copy of it that I can work to get functioning on my A20 dedicated server. Thanks!

Auger/Chainsaw Upgrade Issues

 

I can't seem to upgrade the auger or chainsaw blades. I have the materials and I know the recipe and I've tried at both the workbench and the advanced tools workbench (wotw). The craft button simply doesn't show up for me to click. What am I missing here?
