I feel like your trying to solve a problem I don't have! **Update - I just noticed they were all quoted out, Issue resolved. I swear, my incompetence embarrasses me! But STILL I was referring to location on screen, it is not showing up on my server even though it is active

InfoTicker/Scrolling messages adjustable via config So I have enabled this, but it doesn't appear on the server. There is zero information on where it should be located, if there is a command to call this, if you have to activate something else. So I am hoping you can help with this
