Is there any particular reason you really want those cvars cleared after they die? Asking because in that example, neither the visual nor audio effects are playing.
Not concerned about the CVars, but rather the Buffs not clearing on Death.
In previous versions of the game, Buffs always cleared on Death by default.
It seems that is still the intended and expected behavior of Buffs, unless I'm mistaken.
