I am pretty sure this one has been fixed by other changes in A21; when A21 hits and you still see this do comment back. But I've been unable to reproduce/haven't seen it in the wild. For what it's worth, I was able to reproduce this in A20.

Hopefully EAC is still working for you, some work has been done to EAC in the backend too. If it still acts up in the future, make a new post

This is actually caused by having a quest at the same location in your log, ran across this working on something else. Confirmed either way.

Moving to can't reproduce, need more information and it may be tied to one of those server mods.

Moving to WIP, things related to this are up for discussion (max zombie counts, getting zombies to spawn for quests if the limit has been reached, etc.); large topic though, performance reasons and other factors need to be considered. If you hit a POI where there's an error in how it's setup that's a difference case though.

Hm. Do you have a custom page file set? If so, turn it to automatic and reboot. If you don't know, it's on automatic.
Does running the game under admin help? If you haven't tried yet. Right click the exe and run as admin

Are there any other games that run okay?
Open a command prompt under admin and run this:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Run windows update twice (click check for updates twice, even if it says no updates are available)
Disable any antivirus software you have (just for testing, trying to narrow down a dying GPU or bad system software or something at this point)Try running that stress test, do it at max settings and resolution. You can run multiple of them at once to really stress it out (I think you can with this product). You can try running in Vulcan or GLcore too, although DX11 is where we want to be.

Download a fresh GPU driver
Download DDU Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.5.5 (guru3d.com)
Put the GPU driver and DDU on your desktop somewhere
Reboot into safe mode (quite a few ways to do this, quickest is to hold shift and click Restart, then advanced start up options and follow the trail to boot into safe mode (choose non-networking)
Run DDU to uninstall the driver (follow the default settings there)
Reboot normally
Install the new GPU driver

How has this issue been? "Also running the game with only 1.977 MB VRAM could be some sort of a problem." also is true, you're below the minimal requirement at that point, but it should still load. There have been some changes done recently that may help. If not, let me know here.

This should be fixed with A20.6 stable,
- Damage mitigation buffs only give a HP refund to players, not actual damage mitigation
You were right in this, what was going on is the game took the HP from the player and then gave the difference back to the player with damage reduction. Let me know if this still has an issue, but all checks passed in SP/MP/Server.

To me, the log that was posted by Apocalypse, it appears to be a GPU issue, prob driver.
You can look there too, Ostracus
