    right but look at the second statement : <property name="ActionExpBonusMultiplier" value="2" /> that multiplier may have everything to do with it, the stone axe doesnt have it

    I am just spitballing here but its worth checking out

  2. On the same note as the pick axe, the Auger just seems to give way too much xp. Was around level 47, decided to go out and use the auger I found to get stone, raw iron, sand etc. In the time it took for my lvl 200 Auger to break and need repairs I had leveled up 7 levels in the space of about 10 mins. This seems way to high and would love a way to be able to lower it. Would even be prepared to start a new game as I feel I have given myself too many skill points to use for very little effort.

  3. calipers drop in working stiffs boxes and the utility worker zombies...try raiding a construction site.

     

    Bullet recipes may have prerequisites not met...look up the recipe in your skills tab and see...556 requires ammo crafting level 4 and hollow tip are even higher.

     

    ty for this info Draco i was similarly interested in this for quite a few recipes but havent said anything as I expected there was a reason as you have confirmed

  4. Dwalle i *DO* have some questions concerning wording in the class quests rewards. For instance, the Scholar class says it rewards you with 20 science when you complete but it doesnt, it gives you 1 pt. 20 science might be a bit much but you are then supposed to be able to make an object that requires 10 science and if you are like me, you only have 2, kinda impossible. there are other classes where it says it will reward you with 10-20pts but only rewards you with 1pt is this a glitch?

  5. I still haven't had any luck getting our server started (output log and description in my post on the previous page.

     

    Are there no install instruction or such anywhere? Or has anyone seen that nullref error? The game gets stuck in a loop trying to load because of it.

     

    find where your server is saving OLD game saves, remove them and restart server and the null error loop will be gone. had this problem and this is how we fixed it

  6. thank you for the update Dwalle will keep reporting bugs when i find them, LOVE the mod though... some of the bigger youtube streamers out there are heralding this mod as the best mod they have seen yet. Certainly the best one i have seen

  7. Enjoying the mod, but I'm experiencing a slight nuisance. Is anyone else getting the "Argument Out Of Range" exception in larger cities that pops up your console? I thought maybe it was related to a specific POI from the pack, but I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem.

     

    It's generally not a huge issue -- except when I'm being chased by dogs and suddenly the console overrides my cursor and I stand still like a moron. It also happens every 5-10 seconds or so when I'm in the specific area.

     

    whenever this happens check your output.log file for exact errors.. that's what i am doing now, i figure the best way to give bug reports is to show exactly what the output log says, then maybe dwall can track it down and fix it for furture updates

  9. Ya I would get your backpack. Or just temporarily activate creative mode and take a starter crate from there.

     

    I am on our dedi server so i a cant activate that mode.. but i picked up the quest where i have to make the shovel and ax4e (scrap) and apparently I do not have the skills to make them (prolly cuz i didnt get the crate complete) and if i try to view the quest details the game errors and goes into a loop forcing me to kill the game and restart..

  10. dwallorde i ran into one small problem while playing last night, certainly nothing to complain about just a curiousity:

     

    screwing around i managed to die before I made my bedroll (silly i know) and i died somewhere, wehre i couldnt go back to get my backpack, so I went ahead and made the bedroll, it dropped a crate but it didnt give me the tools nor the quest completion for starter crate.

     

    do i need to go and find the original backpack? as i said it really isnt that important, i just kinda want to get the quest completed so it isnt sitting in the things to do list

  11. hi, I have kind of problem, maybe I did not get it all of what this mod include or not, but what I done is for now third try to make this mod, so here it goes

     

    1. I copy the original folder of 7D2D from steam.

    2. I create a folder WotW. copy all files in to this location.

    3. then I copy and paste the files from WotW into this new folder.

    4. I run the game.

     

    Game work fine BUT, no big back pack what so ever. as I can see from other youtubers have. what do I do wrong with my mod installing? this is basically a SP use for me never try MP part of this game yet, I need to learn the game changes first from vanilla, I only play 7D2D the last 5 months I think only have 800 hours in the game so far.

     

    I play valmod also with bigger back pack that work fine for me.

     

    So I was wonder if I need to find a bigger back pack mod someplace to include in the WotW mod as well ? if that is the case Google can not find that mod or file , and I am not skiled to mess around with XML files (potato fingers and no screws and bolts that can be fixed with a wrench or screwdriver lol. what I try to say is I am only a gamer not a programmer or creator of games or anything with computers software.

     

    I dont mean to ask a stupid question, but are you sure you downloaded the BBM version of the mod (non-EAC Friendly) ?

    Unnecessary Lorax but thank you.. we found the problem, had to delete save files from previous games from the server for inexplicable reasons.. once we did that, both modpacks worked fine so we are using BBM of course.

    really hate to complain but.. I have tried to run the latest version of the mod both the BBM version and the EAC Safe versions on the dedicated and both of them give the following error during the GENERATING TERRAIN screen :

    it will keep trying to load chunks after that but will do so endlessly never bringing the character to the world :( Anyone else experiencing this issue?
