    the host server for your MOD file wants my life story , identity confirmation and a happy ending before it will let me down load this file its not installing it its downloading that was botherin me like i said im stupid and easily confused

  2. i often get distracted by roaming Z when doin quest and constantly leave quest area because the warning marker only displays at the last second so with my already bad reaction time compounded with the display latency common to TV 's even when i notice it. it takes lightning fast reflexes to recognize what it is and react to it 
    maybe have a UI option to have quest boundaries displayed as soon as quest is started or trigger the boundary display much sooner ,other than that you guys are awesome thanks for staying in the fight and keeping this awesome dream alive i know you guys get gruff for the lengthy Alpha State but i see why you took your time i loved this game when ist started on A14 on console now to see where it gone from there its amazing Kudos to you, BTW i have both a PC and ps5 I'm willing to sign an NDA incase you want help getting the console port goin 

  3. So how do i down load the mod its seems pretty convoluted compared to almost all other Mod downloads it seems to require extra step could it be possible for you to share it on google drive or something that doesn't confuse an already stupid AF guy like me even more?

Jello ooops typo Hello Khaine just want to say i have been working on a Mod Compilation added a bunch of mods to get all the desired effected and started editing Im a total newb at modding basically reverse engineer code i barely under stand and edit values . any how after my edits broke a few mods Mainly cause their format made it hard to understand each separate instance and my edit either left an extra or where missing element and Broke so i went through to test what worked what didnt and cut the fat when i finished i was left with your mods and Izayo's lol i think it a testament to the Quality of Work you both Do Amazing work . Thanks for all the little Notes in the mod explaining whats what it helped a small brain modder (more mod editor) like me ! One last thing is there a resource (discord or forum topic ) where i could pick people brains for help and idea's one thing i want to accomplish is late game carrots to dangle in front of players to keep them interested so im looking for help with Progression edits and balancing i want it right in the cusp of broken between player and zombies being OP basically everything is a glass cannon player and Z's. tired of the difficulty being increased simply by make everything a bullet sponge instead i want the game of numbers and dangerous repercussion from Z's getting close reduce Z attack range but increase damage and status effects

Izayo ! i Just want to Say Arigato ! your mod Work is excellent im very New to modding but i have been editing mods and the way you code your mods just makes it easier to understand what im doing and edits to it are always easy for me . i was using tack weapons with your mod was able to Bridge ammo type from each mod except one thing it seem rifles can only have 5 ammo type options or the TA .556 AP bullets are coded different they are referential instead of their own new instance and not recognized Any how the TA mod only has a few weapons that work and was wondering how i could just compile them into your existing MOD its just the M416 and ScarH i was using and the pistols and SMG but there are janky with WILD recoil patterns that go in circles or figure 8. SO again Thank you for taking your time not Rushing anything and putting out great Content . Arigato

So are you using the Vulkan or GLcore cause im using Vulkan its that, that's getting me those high frames.  On GLcore its about the same as windows and for some reason Vulkan doesn't work with windows and GLcore has a bunch of static racing across the ground textures , so im using DX11 , im on a 6 core ryzen 3600 with 64 gig RAM and a MSI RX5700 with 8 gigs , and DX11 Can't touch Vulkan . so my point is if you haven't tried the  (not fully supported) Vulkan Render try it just don't use it to generate a map thats where it all falls apart but once a map is generated it runs better on Vulkan , im excited to see Vulkan get more wide spread support it work great with Linux . BTW everything is working tip top i followed your instruction to a Tee and i am glad to report the file pathing is exactly the same so you instruction are good for both windows and Linux users . couldn't help but giggle at the sigh of the 96 slot BP lol .
          One last question if im running a coop game i assume any one who join will need to down load the modlets ? or is only applied to my player?

  7. thanks mate Ill give it a go this weekend and if there is any discrepancy in the path of the file folder's ill be sure to note it and share . im on a dual boot machine , running linux and windows i recently caved to windows for better controller support and post scriptum , oh my god windows is mediocre for an OS that one has to pay for , i run at 130 fps solid on linux ,and barely maintain 90fps on windows and there is terrible screen tearing and ghosting . so if any one out there is on a min spec machine consider getting an 250g SSD and put linux ubuntu 20.04 on it . your keys are good for either OS. oops i drifted off topic...... Any how , Khaine much appreciate your time making the mods , vids and responses your legendary mate.

  8. Do you know if it has a Boobie Trap ? I've been looking for a map with one as I've yet to come across and explore one since we got them lol

     

    haven't found one yet but im still exploring the roads and trials so far when i have found a booby trap they were on the edge of the map off of poi trails

  10. New Seed Possibly my best yet !!

     

    SEED: AnthonyWright -(it has three spaces at the end and remember its caps sensitive ) again 3 spaces at the end that puts it at the max 16 characters but the again the last 3 are spaces . Ok details PM for CO ORDS other wise no spoilers other that it has 9 towns 2 hubs that's 11 total (i just found the second hub) the clincher 7 of the 9 town are all in green biomes the both hub cities are in safe biome (no land mines to worry about) 2 of the nine town have Missile silos and both silo are in green biome towns less than 2 k from center hub and both have prisons as well there is some wasteland and but thankfully its hasn't claimed any town fully or too much of the map its easy to circumnavigate and also i found 8 traders so far i would say its better than InsaneHCA14 just because it has more Rare poi's and has a well house bunker off of a poi trail 0.7 k from center hub , hint both silo are in town north and south of center hub and center hub is always located at 0 N 0 W

  11. Does anyone have a seed that has very little wastelands and not too much water. Not too concerned with how many traders or towns, but wife and I just can't handle the dogs and are too scared to wander through random minefields.

     

    InsaneHCA14 is a good seed it has two hub cities both hubs are in green biomes and there are 9 towns as well as the two hubs that's 11 towns total

  12. Seems more like laziness. Its fine to not want to risk the money on console, but saying the consoles cant handle it is pretty asinine. Especially considering a game like Ark has this feature. Dedicated servers everywhere. I know this game is "big" and it has a lot of features, but Ark is bigger with many more complicated mechanics, runs fine on ps4.

     

    So if the devs just dont want to do it because of financial reasons, great thats fine. Making excuses however, thats dumb.

     

    ARK bleh !! ark is Height map 3d game , so it could run on your damn i phone , hell i have an old Texas instruments calculator that can run it. Ya'll don't seem to get it Voxel is REAL 3D (meaning there something under the surface), height map is holographic 3D(nothing under the surface) in fact on the other side of that building you can't get to, there is nothing ,behind that back drop texture of mountains in the distance is ....NOTHING , but in a voxel game every cubic inch of the game even empty space and all is calculate and open to alteration at any moment do you under stand how much freakin CPU time that must use , so please drop the "ARK has it" argument , ARK also has more griefing jerks , hell ARK has a whole freaking CLAN of GREIFERS that join servers in mass and take over , yeah no thank you , that and ark is GRIND grind grind nothing but grind not my thing

    Does any one know when traps like blades and turrets are coming to ps4

     

    The Devs at TFP have said repeatedly that they would like to port "As much as possible " from the PC to the console , realize that alpha 17 taxes even the most hot rod PC to date so a 3 to 4 year old console is going to be hard pressed to compete . so in short , we'll see some A 17 stuff most likely summer of 2018 it seems to take about 9 months to stabilize each current alpha version , and shortly after its stable if it can be ported it will , if it doesn't make to the console its because the console couldn't handle it , other than that TFP made it pretty damn clear they want to console version to reflect as much as the gold PC version as possible when its released , but cannot promise things they cannot deliver , its called integrity

Maybe if they didn't make it so hard to find the way to make a "propper report" they would have a lot more reports. so why haven't they? why not make a direct link on the main menu for the players to file a report like most other games? Simple answer. They don't want reports, because they don't want to fix the game.

     

    It's not Microsoft fault. The only one to blame is the team. Passing blame onto someone else do to there own failures just shows a lack of leadership. They need to take responsibility for there own inadequacies, and hire professional game testers. Instead of relying on players who don't know anything about programming or game design. I've played alpha and beta games before. Games with far better graphics, that were way more demanding on the system, with far less issues. including base wipe issues.

     

    Fixing and searching for the problems is the teams responsibility, not the players and not Microsoft.

     

    ok dude Microsoft has cut the teams legs off by Makeing the SAVE FILE so freaking TINY , in fact i can trace most of the MD5 Issue to micoCox policies on save game file sizes and not to mention the POOP RAM that the OG XB1 has the RAM is almost half the speed of the PS4

    that also adds to the issue's on the XBOX in fact IF some how none of this was XBOX 's fualt and it was all the LAZY TEAMS fault . Why then does the game run like a DREAM on the Playstation? compared to the XBOX , Cause simple logic would dictate that if all this was the LAZY TEAMS fault the game would SUCK ON BOTH CONSOLES ..... or maybe the DEV team is a SONY FAN BOY .... NO your the only FAN BOY HERE coming to microsoft defense like they're your bullied younger brother . Lack of leadership is at Microsoft i have friends that work there , and they'll tell you it is a convoluted mess of miscommunication on the daily , i don't where you guys got in your head that MIcrosoft is some magical company that can do no wrong , but they are money grubbing bastard more than the fun pimp they are the one the sold you a game console that can barely handle the games marketed for it and make no changes to there company policies to help rectify the situation .

    I just Got my minibike so as soon as i have time i will take a drive and see what i Can find.

    I have almost rebuild the prison, with a funnel system leading to a drop pit.

     

    well not on hand but off the top of my head i can tell you there is a town int he south west corner of the map that has the REDMESA facility happy hunting (btw the red mesa facility is on the north west corner of the south west town ) no co ord's right now sorry it'll be fun right ? i'll get em to you if "southwest corner " isn't helping any

  17. NO point in playing this game if you can't make any progress. how about instead of putting out more content, you all stop waisting time adding extra stuff to the game, and focouse of the BIGGEST PROBLEM.

     

    I'm tierd of hearing "We are sorry this happend to you." No, your not. It's not just happening to me. It's happening to EVERYONE. "We are working on it." No you are not. It's been over a year. I bet if I went to check on your progress, you all would caught with your pants down. Crashes and base wipes are happening more frequintly than ever. So no. I don't think you guys are doing anything to fix it. What ever you are doing, is making it worce. The only thing that has changed is more content. More content=more problems. Fix THE MAIN ISSUE befor moving forward, or you won't have a fan base.

     

    Whatever you guys have to say. I don't want to hear it. I'm tierd of your lies and excuses. I don't believe a word any of you say anymore. I have lost all faith in your teams ability. Not only in your ability to fix the problem, but in everything. I will never again buy a product with your name on it. That is how badly your team has failed.

     

    go tell it micro soft there company policy on save file sizes is a huge contributor to the MD5 on console , not kiddin please if all you Xbox guys could flame Microsoft about there silly save file limitation maybe something might get done oh and please participate in the bug reporting processes that Md5 will never go away if more people don't start reporting properly i see only maybe 5 to 9 % of the people who have had MD5 are reporting them in the proper manner , so just be ware if your flaming about the MD5 and i look at your post history and you have not a single proper bug report your are part of the problem your lack of patient and communication is directly linked to the extremely long time it takes to fix the many different md5 triggers , so yeah cry about how mad you are because your base got wiped cry about how many hours looting you lost thats fine (a little childish and pansy but fine ) but don't for one freaking second BLAME TFP IG or TT for not caring and or not trying to fix these md5 if your not even trying to help them , so you can pat your self on the back cause your part of the reason these ERRORs are still here , id report them if got them but sadly i don't........ wait not "sadly" but i don't so i can't help , but you guys that get them once week tell us what the heck your doin to trigger it so we can try and get this sorted out , stop yelling at the guys that can't change microsoft company policy go tell microsoft how upset you re that game doesn't work because of their file size limitations , and help find the trigger for the MD5 instead of leaving a flaming turd of a post

  18. well since there is now map previewer tool i was thinking 4 people can explore a map a lot faster than one person , so yeah was thinking about getting a group together to explore seeds to add new SEEDS to the community i have explored a lot of the good one already and hunger for more my PSN is " lnt0them0at " the i in into is actually a lower case L and both O's are actually Zero's . willbe adding peeps today so be ready for a random message and invite

  19. mini hubs can be any shape or size

     

    Sorry still learning the game and i think i got my unnderstanding of minihub incorrect can you give a correct way of identifying a minihub.

     

    i am guessing that if its square and about half the size of the central hub then its a minihub but rectangles are just a bigger towns.

     

    If this is the case then there is only one minihub so doesnt meet you requirements.

     

     

    on the SEED InsaneHCA14 there are 2 hubs exactly the same size : some secondary hubs will be rectangle or square the shape is not an easy way to distinguish the hubs from towns the easiest way is that no matter the biome the hub is located in it will always appears as if its in the waste land , all hubs have the waste land weather and one layer of wasted land rubble on the tops soils even if there they're located in other biomes , all secondary hubs will have two of every store(except popnpills) they will have to apartment buildings and a random chance for all the new POIs , all hubs have there build elevated from the road and surrounded by side walk so if you don't see any fo these tell tale signs then its not a hub , if you do no matter the shape or size its a secondary hub , a few things that can make a hub special , police station are very rare in hubs if you find you've found something cool , hubs really close to each other is also a good score ... so any how hope this clears things up a bit , happyy hunting

    Do you have any info on poi's etc on AnthonyWright380 because i'm playing and quite like it.

     

    I have found 1 trader near the town on the mountain with the prison and the town with the Well. I think i remember you saying there are 10 towns, i'm looking forward to Explorer them just haven't had the chance yet. Rebuilding the prison takes time.

     

    so im guessing that the trader out post you've found is the one located at 2010 N 355 W
