It took me two in game days of waiting, but I also had to be at the chunk to keep it loaded for the two full days. A couple of times I left the chunk and it was several days more than that.

does anyone get the dog collar to work on mutliplayer? When I use the dog collar in single player I get the message with the stats and the dog follows my whistles, in multiplayer I don't get the message and my whistles don't work. I know that an admin on the server has his working, so I'm wondering if that is it?.

I've had this as well. On the official discord for the mod they state that the game does this when the server has been up for a while. Try restarting the server. It works to fix it for the official server.
