    CPU Model: Intel i7 7700

    GPU Model and VRAM: nVidia RTX 2060 6GB

    Screen Resolution: 1920x1080

    Video Settings: Custom

    Game mode: Client on Dedicated Server

     

    Did you wipe old saves?: No

     

    Did you start a new game?: No

     

    Did you validate your files?: Yes

     

    Are you using any mods?: Yes, HUD and inventory mods.

     

    EAC on or off?: Off. EAC kicks me out of the game every time I join.

     

    Status: NEW

     

    Bug Description: Some POIs with door switches won't activate as if they don't have power. The quest was during the day and the generator around the door was working.

    Even if I break into the room, the zombies won't spawn. There was only 1 zombie around.

    This happened at Pop-N-Pills Factory, near the reward area. 

    It also happens where there's no power switch. For example on this map, Coleman's Drive-In and many others.

    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Accept the Tier VI Clear Zombies quest at Pop-N-Pills Factory from Trader Hugh near Paul's Pay Lake on the south of the map.

    2) Finish the quest except for the room on the screenshot.

     

    Actual result: Zombies won't spawn at the marker.

     

    Expected result: Zombies spawn.

    Please add if this is solo game, hosting server from client,  or joining dedicated server.   I believe adding such information is crucial.

    i have the same problem playing solo game in navezgane, in missions tier 5 and 6, maybe because they are missions with more zombie spawns, and in one of these missions it was possible to see that some zombies were spawning inside the ground   😐

    This is a work in progress, see here for up to date discussions on this bug 

    However, it would be helpful to know what happened leading up to this event. Things like: was this place quested at before (what kind of quests), were other players around with you playing -- if so, were you all doing quests together or separately, things like this.

    I don't know if it helps but,

    in my case, I play solo, the locations that I had a problem with spawn I had not done any missions or visited them before, the locations were in Red Mesa Compound and The Last Sunset Nursing Home, both tier 6 and in Fort Choppa (tier 5), in the case of Fort Choppa the zombies were spawning inside the ground.
    All these missions were infestations.

    unfortunately I didn't take prints at the moment 🙃

    I had the same problem. If it happens to you and the zombies didnt spawn behind the doors tha should be open by switch, destroy the switch and it will start the script. Worked for me few times in pills factory and hospital
