Summary: Screamer AI will sometimes cause them to jump in place for no reason if the player is on the 2nd floor of their base when screamer is triggered

Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Build a 3x3 square that is 4 blocks high
2) Build another 3x3 square 4 blocks high on top of that, but leave the center empty for the player to stand in
3) Stand in the empty spot (I was invisible at the time while in debug mode so screamer wouldnt detect me)
4) Summon screamers using spawnscouts command (preferably at night so you don't have to wait for them to show up)
5) Detach camera and observe
Actual result: Screamers will go to your location then hop around. Note that this is a very simplified design but I originally had it happen with a friend's base and noticed all his heat-generating items were on the 2nd floor.
