    I want to join friend server but cannot, it show Null ReferenceException: object reference not set to an instance of an object

    Game Version: (A21 b324)

    OS/Version: (Windows / Linux / Mac) 

    CPU Model: (Intel i5 9600K / AMD Ryzen 7 1800x / etc) Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750HF CPU @ 2.60GHz   2.59 GHz

    System Memory: (4 GB / 8 GB / 16 GB / etc)

    GPU Model and VRAM: (nVidia GTX 1060 4 GB / AMD RX 580 8 GB / etc)

    Screen Resolution: (Width and Height such as 1920x1080)

    Video Settings: (Low / Medium / High / Ultra / Custom(Custom has many combinations, so just list the settings you think are relevant to the bug if any))

    Game mode: (MP host / MP client / SP / Client on Dedi, RWG or NAV)

     

    Did you wipe old saves? (Yes/No)

    I just install the game in new laptop

    Did you start a new game? (Yes/No)

     

    Did you validate your files? (Yes/No)

     

    Are you using any mods? (Yes/No)

     

    EAC on or off?

     

    Status: NEW

     

    Bug Description:

    Null ReferenceException: object reference not set to an instance of an object

    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1)Main menu

    2)Join friend (by click join through steam and by in game)

    3)Loading and stuck then show Null ReferenceException: object reference not set to an instance of an object

     

    Actual result: (description of what is occurring)

    cant join friend

    Expected result: (what you expect to occur)

    We've seen cases where that NRE has to do with not being able to load the player profile correctly which can be sometimes caused by data instability/corruption due to things like a power outage or a game crash.  Are you able to start a new game on that server?

    Several issues.. I know they were having this ridiculous fight over the game and didn't finish the PS4 Version! It'd be amazing if they would since the pc has so much more! Having issues with Both! On the PC I jump up stairs and climb and fall through floors and get stuck. On PS4 I have bikes lost in the map you can see but not get to. Also my No run zombies are all Running and kill me on spawn in! Next to fire zombies and bears instant death!
