Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Equip a stone axe
2) Go to each trader and check their doors while holding the axe
Actual result: It is showing that the doors are damaged for some reason. I tried hitting the doors to see if perhaps I did damage to it but it didn't have any effect

Expected result: Since the trader POI is invincible to damage, I don't think it should show a health bar
