    Bug Description:

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
    1) Locate a police car (I went to a police station to find one)
    2) Drop enough timed charges to trigger police car alarm to go off (generally 2 charges is enough but sometimes have to do 3)
    3) Observe car alarm goes off, but no zombies spawn

    4) Hit F1 and enter DM followed by chunkreset f to restart area

    5) Repeat steps 2-4 however many times you like

Actual result: Zombies never spawn with this method. However if I try the traditional way by breaking it with a weapon (ex: auger), they do spawn

video (sped up since it takes a while) I actually tested more times outside the video just to be sure: https://i.imgur.com/NT1ajdu.mp4

Expected result: Zombies should have same percentage to spawn using timed charges vs breaking into car with a tool/weapon

    Thank you for reporting.

Timed charges not setting off the alarm is intended,  because timed charges are meant to be used to open locked containers,  just like lockpicks.  It does look like it should set off the alarm with the big explosion and all,  but it's intended not to.
