Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) added one skill point to Bow on day 1. and no other skill points added to any perk affecting what crafting books you find for a duration of 7 game days.
2) looting and leveling up only intellect.
Actual result: Perk Bowmanship does not affect how often you find the crafting books for bows but affects the skill book series much more instead.
after 7 days I had almost completed the series and had around 10 ( not accurate ) additional copies of bow perk books.
By inspecting my other crafting skills bowmanship was seemingly unaffected
