Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Start up experimental mode A21 b3xx
2) wait until the console is done loading.
3) result.
Actual result: Menu refuses to load anything of substance. No buttons appear and nothing crashes. The menu loads nothing of note.
Expected result: Expected result is that the menu loads and I get to select anything. new game, Multiplayer, options, etc.
