Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Place down a forge
2) Have two smeltable items (ex: two scrap helmets)
3) Place first item in the forge and start smelting
4) Pick up the second item and hover over the slot as first item and get ready
5) When the first item is done smelting, immediately drop the second item in the newly open slot (you have to do it really fast or else it won't work, hence step 4)
Actual result: The second item smelts instantly (no waiting time)

Expected result: The second item should take the same amount of time to smelt as the first item
