Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Level up the Armor skill (either via playing the game or grabbing a bunch of magazines from the creative menu)
2) Open skill tree and go to the Crafting tab
3) Click on Armor
Actual result: The icon for Tier 3 shows forged iron
Expected result: If we want to be consistent with tier 1 and 2, the icon should have military fiber icon instead
