Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Go to survivor_site_11
2) Make your way through POI until you are at the stairs
3) Go up the stairs slowly but keep an eye on the beds upstairs
4) Observe no zombies near the beds
5) Keep going up the stairs
Actual result: A zombie suddenly spawns by the beds
