Summary: Sometimes when getting off a vehicle the light on the vehicle will toggle on/off. I've only noticed this on MP as I could not repro in SP

Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Connect to a MP server
2) Place down a vehicle
3) Get on vehicle and toggle the lights
4) Get off vehicle, observe the vehicle behavior
5) Repeat steps 3-4 as necessary
Actual result: Sometimes if the vehicle light was on when you get off, it will turn itself off. On the other hand, sometimes if the vehicle light was initially off when you dismount it will automatically turn on
