Summary: When player dismounts too close to the rails of catwalkV1RailSingle, they are unable to get back on the bike without picking it back up.
Note: This ONLY happens on MP servers. If I do this in SP, the bike "twitches" slightly and moves out a little which makes it unstuck

Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Place down a bunch of catwalkV1RailSingle in a straight line on an MP server
2) Get on a bicycle and ride as close to the side of the rails as possible
3) Dismount bike
4) Attempt to ride bike again by hitting E or selecting Drive from the Radial menu.
Actual result: Player is unable to get back on the bike
