Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Place or locate a chest
2) Hit E to open
3) On the left hand side with the chest inventory, hover over the icon for "Take All" (box with 3 arrows pointing up)
4) Observe each icon has a tooltip telling user what the icon does
5) Place or locate any workstation
6) On the right hand side where the output is, hover over the icon for "Take All" (box with 3 arrows pointing up)
Actual result: No tooltip appears

Expected result: Same tooltip should appear as when hovering over the same icon in the chest UI
