Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Go to store_grocery_02
2) Make your way through the POI until you get to the open pit with burning zombies
3) Locate rubbleRampBottom and try to climb out of the pit with it (there are also other rubbleRampBottom blocks in this area hanging around that also has this issue)
Actual result: Ramp collapses
