Summary: With sprained leg on steroids, running/jumping will pause healing timer, however I've noticed if I have a sprained arm on steroids, doing power attacks does not pause healing timer

Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Hit F1 and type "DM" followed by "CM"
2) Type "buff triggersprainedleg" followed by "buff triggersprainedarm" (Make sure you get a sprain, and not broken limb)
3) Exit console and hit U and grab some steroids
4) Use steroid
5) Wait until healing is under 5 minutes (so you can see the timer in seconds)
6) Run around
7) Observe timer for sprained leg pauses

Actual result: Timer for sprained arm does not pause like sprained leg does
