Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Pull all the different player-craftable blocks you can find related to lights
2) Check each item
Actual result: Basic Light Bulb and Lanterns are not scrappable, but industrial lights and spotlights can be. I also checked some other electronics-related blocks and they are also scrappable. Basic Light Bulbs can also occasionally be found in loot and the player currently can't just scrap them into parts
