Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Eat a bunch of regular food (ex: sham chowder) until you have food beyond your maximum
2) Drink a bunch of regular beverages (ex: red tea) until you have hydration beyond your maximum
3) Eat or drink something bad until you get dysentery
Actual result: Food/Water that is beyond the cap is still there and counting down as normal.
Expected result: Food/Water beyond the cap should be lost, or the dysentery description needs updating
