Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Go to downtown_filler_03
2) Locate one of the bathrooms (I think it's on the ground floor)
3) Check block under sink
Actual result: white texture
Expected result: Tiled texture (I checked the bathrooms in the other floors and they dont have this white texture under the sink)
