    Summary: Unable to log into an EAC enabled server
     

    Game Version: A21 b324

    OS/Version: Windows

    CPU Model: CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300H CPU @ 2.40GHz (cores: 8)

    System Memory: 8034 MB

    GPU Model and VRAM: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (3949 MB)

    Screen Resolution: 1920x1080

    Video Settings: Medium 

    Game mode: not sure, attempted several servers.

     

    Did you wipe old saves? Yes

     

    Did you start a new game? Yes

     

    Did you validate your files? Yes

     

    Are you using any mods? No

     

    EAC on or off? On

     

    Status: NEW

     

    Bug Description: I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Steam and 7 days to die multiple times since A21 stable was released.  I can't get onto an EAC enabled server now.

     

    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) After reinstalling both Steam and 7 days I attempted to go into random servers.

    2) I downgraded to 20.7 and was able to play on an EAC enabled server.

    3) I upgraded back to Alpha 21 stable and got kicked again from every attempted server.

     

    Actual result: I am unable to play on any A21 stable server that has EAC enabled.

     

    Expected result: I would love to be able to play 7 days on Alpha 21.  I've been troubleshooting for 4 days.

    I've reformatted my computer, reinstalled steam, reinstalled 7 days to die, updated Windows, updated video drivers, and went through the EAC repair tool again.  I'm still having the same issue.  I haven't played 7 days to die since June 28th because of this issue.

    I can confirm we have players unable to join the server because EAC kicks them. They tried the suggested methods.

     

    I turned off EAC to let them join and generate a player profile for them. Turned EAC back on and they were able to join after.

     

    Must be tied to the new player profile system.
