Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Generate an RGW

    2) Settle near a town center

    3) After a few minutes, the fps should drop by a significant amount

Expected result: (what you expect to occur) Settle in or near town center without having bad FPS

Moving to WIP since optimizations are being worked on as development progresses.

What Schwanz said will also help, and this isn't a memory leak just optimizations are needed.
