    Status: NEW

    Bug Description: I've generated a city that has a downtown on the outskirts. The downtown is also connected directly to three roads instead of through a trader. On the thumbnail below it's the city in the forest with snow biome south and east of it. The downtown is south of it. Should be around 1069 E 705 S

    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

    1) Editing Tools

    2) Random Gen Preview

    3) Fill:

    Seed: BiharScientology

    Size: 8192

    Towns: Many

    Plains: 8

    Hills: 3

    Mountains: 1

     

    Actual result: Downtown on the south of the forest city

    Expected result: City only has rural prefabs on outskirts

    I apologize, there was a typo in the seed name.  Here's the map_info.xml:

    I got something similar (the town on the outskirts), but I don't see the issue here if there is one.

     

    Different machines still generate different maps, known issue which hasn't been resolved. Likelihood of generating the same POI/road layouts on different machines is slim to none atm.

    The different maps on different machines issue has been fixed. I have been able to regenerate the map now that I have the correct seed. Will ask if the downtown on the outskirts is an issue.

    This appears to be a result of the town being so close to the biome border. RWG is still a WIP for now, I have taken screenshots and will share with the  gentleman working on RWG. Thank you.
