    Summary: the benches in the back of the store have z-fighting

    Game Version: A20.5

    Platform: Steam

    OS/Version: Windows 11

    CPU Model: Intel Core i5-12500 3 GHz 6-Core Processor

    System Memory: 32GB

    GPU Model and VRAM: Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB

    Screen Resolution: 1920x1080

    Video Settings: Fancy Potato (Ultra)

    Game mode: SP

     

    Did you wipe old saves? Not since A20.4 (new pc)

    Did you start a new game? Created on 5/20 on A20.5

    Did you validate your files? Verified 5/21 on A20.5

    Are you using any mods? No

    EAC on or off? On

     

    Status: NEW

     

    Bug Description:

     

    Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:

     

    1) Go to store_electronics_01

    2) Make your way to the back area

    3) Check the benches

     

    Actual result: The textures of the benches are flickering

    Expected result: Textures to not flicker

    This has been reported and fixed in a later version of the game.

    I will be moving this over to the fixed category.

    If I find same z fighting issue with benches at another POI, is it still worth reporting? I wasn't sure if this means all benches with this setup was fixed or if just benches at specific reported POIs were.

    There are several pois with z fighting that's been caught by testers and fixed by level design,  but I'm sure we haven't been able to catch them all.  We appreciate the reports,  thank you.
