Summary: Given the right conditions, zombies can clip/fall through the floor when attempting to get back up (after being knocked down). This is a bit difficult to reproduce reliably.

Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
May need to try this multiple times before it happens
1) Equip a lv2 stone sledge hammer with weighted head mod, and max out skull crusher perk
2) Go to store_hardware_02
3) In the aisle/shelf area of the store, locate a tall pole/pillar directly adjacent to one of the aisles (see video below)
4) Turn off zombie AI (num pad *) -- to get more consistent results (still may need to try this multiple times)
5) Spawn a feral zombie as close to the corner between the pillar/shelf as possible (ex: feral utility worker) -- normal zombie dies too easily, radiated zombie is too hard to knock down consistently
6) Right click power smash to knock the zombie down
7) Wait for zombie to get back up
Actual result: Zombie will disappear under the floor when trying to get back up (may need to try multiple times to see this happen). No error/warning in the logs

reproduced (again) in sandbox testing: https://imgur.com/a/mNAPccN
Expected result: Zombie should not fall through/clip through the ground like that
