Bug Description: If you start 7d2d in offline mode and load an existing game, a new character will be created.

Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Start a new game while online (steam)
2) Do the initial quests and assign the points
3) Exit 7 Days to Die
4) Restart Steam in Offline mode
5) Load the game you had started
Actual result: Character is completely new
Expected result: Take from where you were before
