Bug Description: Attempted to get the achievements for leveling up fortitude to level 6, 8 and 10, but none of them progressed past 4 (see image attached) I attempted to get them in multiple different save files, and didn't change any of the base game settings, use any cheats etc.

Actual result: Not receiving achievements
