Bug Description: Treasure chests of the same name don't change location the second time. (You can only force it to change location by failing the "quest" or digging below the chest after succeeding the first time).
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Start a game and give yourself an stack of 50 buried treasure papers (works with any of them), for example "Taylor's treasure map".
2) Start the quest.
3) Go to the chest location and open it and take all the contents.
4) Now, having finished "Taylor's treasure map" quest, do the same "Taylor's treasure map" quest again.
5) Notice that the location and buried spot is the exact same.
6) You can only change the location by deleting the chest and failing the quest (you lose 1 map though, lol) or forcing it to spawn in the air by digging below it so it changes location to avoid it. Currently, the buried treasures only check is the chest is placeable and/or if the player failed the quest . That way the chest changes location, so not in the case of this issue, which is the most common (leaving the place as is and succeeding the quest).
Actual result: Treasure chests of the same name don't change location the second time . (You can only force it to change location by failing the "quest" or digging below the chest after succeeding the first time).
Expected result: Treasure chests should ALWAYS change location in any situation when re-reading them the second time, not only in the 2 mentioned above (failing and/or forcing the chest to lack support before you read the quest treasure item).
