Bug Description: Unable to paint road marker blocks upon placing onto another block.
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Place down a frame or block shape.
2) Switch to another block and choose the shape: "Road Paint Quartered Center", place it down.
3) Swith to a paintbrush with paint in inventory, aim crosshair at the shape/ block called "Road Paint Quatered Center". Attempt to paint it.
Actual result: Unable to paint any of the "road paint" block shapes, even after repeated clicking.
Expected result: Ability to paint "road paint" block shapes.
