Summary: Thrown spears vanish when fully perked

Bug Description: A q6 steel spear thrown at an angle of ~70 degrees above horizontal, when wielder is also fully perked in spears, will simply vanish. I assume it gets thrown outside of the loaded chunk.
There will be no icon reappearing even when driving in the direction of the throw.
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Perk up Spear perk to 5
2) Get a steel spear (I didn't test with lower qualities than 5 but don't expect there to be any difference)
3) Throw spear at pretty high angle at full force (it feels like a lot more than 45 degrees but I suspect this could be just the graphics being misleading)
Actual result: spear vanishes
Expected result: no spear should ever vanish when simply thrown
