Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Go to house_old_ranch_05
2) Locate the living room on the ground floor
3) Check the fake "vents" near the ceiling, one has an army munitions box behind it
Actual result:
Texture from the army munitions box is flickering/clipping
