Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Go to countrytown_business_08
2) Head to the trailer closest to the store/main building (the one directly across from the trailer that has the stairs that leads to the roof)
3) Stand outside the trailer and shoot the door to the bathroom
4) Observe no zombie
5) Jump into trailer
Actual result: Zombie spawns immediately in front of you
Expected result: Zombie should have been visible from outside the trailer
