Summary: (WHEN I LOAD 7DTD THE GAME WILL CRASH BEFORE THE 1ST MENU APPEARS. THE CURSOR ALSO DISAPPEARS BUT I CAN STILL HEAR THE MUSIC/SOUND IN THE BACKGROUND. I HAVE CHANGED THE VERSION BACK TO THE PREVIOUS A19.5 AND IT WORKS GREAT BUT AS SOON AS I SWAP BACK TO A20 IT CRASHES AGAIN)

Bug Description: GAME CRASHES ON LAUNCH
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1)LOAD THE GAME.
2)IT FREEZES BEFORE I GET TO A MENU
3)IT ALSO WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO CLOSE THE GAME, NOT EVEN WITH TASK MANAGER SO A RESTART IS REQUIRED.
