Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1)Launch game with EAC turned on
2)Host game and allow Friends Only
3)Invite two friends trough steam overlay
4)Let the host take a quest from Trader Rekt
5)Travel to the quest POI, all stand near the exclamation mark
6)Take and complete the quest together
7)Go back to trader, everyone returns the quest
Actual result: The host got the tier raise e.g. 3/10, everyone else didn't
Expected result: Everyone got a tier raise, just like in alpha v21

PS.
Quite annoying one, when playing 5 ppl for example, shall we do 50 quests toghether to get to second tier?
Also, sorry for all the trouble if it was an intended change, but it just blows my mind even more then. Hope fixing it soon !
