Bug Description:
Detailed steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Open the RWG
2) Attempt to generate a new world without default settings
3) Game displays error and refuses to generate the map
Actual result: The game seems to be having an issue with generation and is hanging up on something involving the desert border, halting the RWG engine and causing the program to become unresponsive
Expected result: A map with the desired settings is generated
